The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong,

presents his compliments to the Under Secretary

of State for the Colonies, London, and is

directed to forward for the information of the

Secretary of State for the Colonies copy of

letter No.5 of 19th June, 1939, from the Governor,

Hong Kong, to His Britannic Majesty's Diplomatic

Mission, Chungking, regarding working agreements

for the Kowloon-Canton and Canton-Hankow Railways.
